HVAC techs work in attics in July and crawlspaces in January, and then stand at a customer's door. A heavy cotton tee for the work and a polo for the customer-facing people is the program most HVAC companies land on. Battle Born Clothing prints and embroiders both.

## Who orders

Owners and office managers at residential and light-commercial HVAC companies, typically 4 to 40 techs. They want shirts that look the same across the fleet, hold up to sweat and insulation, and can be reordered when a new tech starts.

## What they order

- [Port & Company PC61](/products/port-and-company-pc61/) tees, 4 per tech, 1-color logo front and 1-color company name and phone on the back
- [Port Authority K500](/products/port-authority-k500/) polos for estimators, dispatch and the owner
- [PC61LS long sleeves](/products/port-and-company-pc61ls/) for the winter half of the year
- [Carhartt Force](/products/carhartt-force-pocket-polo-ct106880/) for lead techs, quoted per job

## A realistic job

### 12 techs, 4 black tees each, plus 12 polos for the office and sales

| Line | Qty | Each | Total |
|---|---|---|---|
| PC61 tee, black, 1-color front + 1-color back | 48 | $15.22 | $730.56 |
| Screens, 2 colors/locations | 1 | $40.00 | $40.00 |
| K500 polo, left-chest embroidery (12-23 tier) | 12 | $19.55 | $234.60 |
| Digitizing, one logo | 1 | $18.99 | $18.99 |
| **Order total** | | | **$1,024.15** |

That is $17.07 per shirt across the whole order, including setup. Sizes 2XL and up carry the supplier upcharge.

## What to send

- Logo (vector preferred)
- Back print text: company name, phone, license number
- Size roster per tech
- Polo color and size list for the office
- Need-by date

## Questions
**Can we put the license number on the back?** Yes. One-color text on the back is part of the back print; no extra charge for text as long as it is one color.
