A shop uniform is a button-front work shirt with the logo over one pocket and a name over the other. Battle Born Clothing embroiders Red Kap SP24 and SP14 shirts exactly that way, prints pocket tees for the bay and polos for the service desk.

## Who orders

Independent repair shops, diesel and fleet shops, tire centers and dealership service departments. Usually 4 to 25 techs, often replacing a rental uniform program they are tired of paying for.

## What they order

- [Red Kap SP24](/products/red-kap-sp24/) short sleeve and [SP14](/products/red-kap-sp14/) long sleeve, 5 per tech, logo over left pocket, first name over right
- [PC54P pocket tees](/products/port-and-company-pc54p/) for the lube bay and summer
- [K500 polos](/products/port-authority-k500/) for service writers and the front counter
- Back embroidery of the shop name, quoted per job

## A realistic job

### 6 techs, 5 Red Kap shirts each, plus 12 polos for the counter

| Line | Qty | Each | Total |
|---|---|---|---|
| Red Kap SP24, left-chest logo embroidery (24-47 tier) | 30 | Blank (quoted) + $6.00 | Quoted |
| First name embroidery, right chest | 30 | Quoted per job | Quoted |
| K500 polo, left-chest embroidery (12-23 tier) | 12 | $19.55 | $234.60 |
| Digitizing, one logo | 1 | $18.99 | $18.99 |
| **Order total** | | | **Polos $253.59 + Red Kap line quoted** |

Red Kap blanks are quoted per job. The embroidery rate is published, so once you have the blank number the math is simple: blank + $6.00 per shirt at 24-47, plus the name line.

## What to send

- Logo
- Roster: name as it should read, shirt style, sleeve length, size
- Polo list for the counter
- Need-by date
