Trade Uniform Co. is Battle Born Clothing's brand for crew shirts and uniforms for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, auto and diesel, construction, landscaping, roofing and mining companies. We screen print and embroider in our own shop in Yerington, NV: screen printing with plastisol, water-based and discharge inks on a conveyor dryer, embroidery on two commercial embroidery heads with Rapos thread, and laser-engraved leather patches since 2020 on an 80-watt CO2 laser if your crew wants a patch hat to match. We are an authorized decorator for Carhartt, Nike and OGIO. Every job gets a digital proof, a free redo if the error is ours, and a 28-day standard turnaround from proof approval. ### Embroidery with no minimum

A four-truck plumbing company ordering 20 polos pays $19.55 each with the logo embroidered, same proof and same thread as a 200-piece order. One replacement shirt for a new hire is a normal order.

### Small print runs and DTF

Under 48 tees, screens make each shirt expensive. We will tell you whether a small screen print run, embroidery or a [DTF transfer](/decoration/dtf-transfers/) is cheaper for your count and artwork.

### Names and titles

## Hi-vis safety shirts with your logo

### Class 2 and Class 3, logo placed to keep the rating

We decorate [CornerStone CS401](/products/cornerstone-cs401-hi-vis/) Class 2 tees and other ANSI garments. The logo goes on the left chest above the pocket or on the upper back above the tape. Never over the tape.

### Bright is not hi-vis

A Safety Green PC61 is bright and fine for a landscaping crew. It is not ANSI-rated. If a GC, DOT or utility specifies a class, you need a certified garment. Read [ANSI hi-vis classes and logo placement](/guides/ansi-hi-vis-classes-and-logo-placement/).

## FAQ
**Is there a minimum order?** No hard minimum. Embroidery has no minimum. Screen print has no hard minimum either, but 48 pieces and up is where the screens stop dominating the price.

**What if my logo is more than 6,000 stitches?** Every embroidery price covers up to 6,000 stitches. Above that, each additional 1,000 stitches adds $2.00 per piece at 1-11 pieces, $1.50 at 12-23, $1.00 at 24-59, $0.60 at 60-79 and $0.50 at 80 or more, rounded up to the next 1,000. So a 12,000-stitch logo adds $6.00 per piece at 24 and $3.00 at 80 or more. We digitize first and tell you the exact count with the proof before you approve anything.

**How much do crew shirts with a logo cost?** A Port & Company PC61 with a 1-color front and 1-color back print is $15.22 each at 48 pieces plus $40 in screens. An embroidered K500 polo is $19.55 at 24 and $17.55 at 144. Full schedule on the pricing page.

**How long does an order take?** 28 days from proof approval is standard. Quotes usually go out the same business day. Rush is quoted per job.

**Do you ship nationwide?** Yes. Battle Born Clothing ships from Yerington, NV to every US state. We will split a shipment between an office and a jobsite.

**What do I send for a quote?** Artwork (vector preferred: AI, EPS, PDF, SVG; 300 dpi PNG is fine), quantity, style and colors, and a size breakdown. Names if you want them.

**Do I get a proof?** Always. A digital proof with the logo placed and sized, the roster if there is one, and the ink or thread colors. Nothing is produced until you approve it.

**What if the shirts come out wrong?** If the error is ours, we redo it free. If the proof you approved had the error, that is on the approval, so check the proof.

**Can you decorate hi-vis safety shirts?** Yes. ANSI Class 2 and Class 3 garments are quoted per job and we place the logo clear of the reflective tape so the rating holds.

**Do you sell Carhartt?** Yes. Battle Born Clothing is an authorized Carhartt decorator. Carhartt, Nike and OGIO are quoted per job with brand MAP respected.
