Screen print has no hard minimum either, but 48 pieces and up is where the screens stop dominating the price. **What if my logo is more than 6,000 stitches?** Every embroidery price covers up to 6,000 stitches. Above that, each additional 1,000 stitches adds $2.00 per piece at 1-11 pieces, $1.50 at 12-23, $1.00 at 24-59, $0.60 at 60-79 and $0.50 at 80 or more, rounded up to the next 1,000. So a 12,000-stitch logo adds $6.00 per piece at 24 and $3.00 at 80 or more. We digitize first and tell you the exact count with the proof before you approve anything. **How much do crew shirts with a logo cost?** A Port & Company PC61 with a 1-color front and 1-color back print is $15.22 each at 48 pieces plus $40 in screens. An embroidered K500 polo is $19.55 at 24 and $17.55 at 144. Full schedule on the pricing page. **How long does an order take?** 28 days from proof approval is standard. Quotes usually go out the same business day. Rush is quoted per job. **Do you ship nationwide?** Yes. Battle Born Clothing ships from Yerington, NV to every US state. We will split a shipment between an office and a jobsite. **What do I send for a quote?** Artwork (vector preferred: AI, EPS, PDF, SVG; 300 dpi PNG is fine), quantity, style and colors, and a size breakdown. Names if you want them. **Do I get a proof?** Always. A digital proof with the logo placed and sized, the roster if there is one, and the ink or thread colors. Nothing is produced until you approve it. **What if the shirts come out wrong?** If the error is ours, we redo it free. If the proof you approved had the error, that is on the approval, so check the proof. **Can you decorate hi-vis safety shirts?** Yes. ANSI Class 2 and Class 3 garments are quoted per job and we place the logo clear of the reflective tape so the rating holds. **Do you sell Carhartt?** Yes. Battle Born Clothing is an authorized Carhartt decorator. Carhartt, Nike and OGIO are quoted per job with brand MAP respected. **Can you add names to shirts?** Yes. Embroidered names on polos and work shirts, printed or pressed names on tees. Quoted per job; send a roster. **Can I supply my own shirts?** Yes, at $2 per item handling. Industry-standard spoilage allowance is about 4%; we aim for zero and do not replace customer-supplied goods we did not source. **What are the one-time fees?** Screens are $20 per screen per color. Embroidery digitizing is $18.99 per design, once; we keep the file for reorders. **Why is there a flash charge?** On dark shirts we print a white underbase and flash-cure it so the top color is bright. $0.25 per flash per location. Light shirts usually skip it. **Can I mix styles and colors in one order?** Yes. Tees, long sleeves and polos with one logo is the normal trade order. Each style is priced at its own blank price; decoration is at the published rate. **Which shirt do you recommend for a crew?** The Port & Company PC61 for tees and the Port Authority K500 for polos. We consider the PC61 quite a bit better than Gildan at the same money. **Do you do Gildan?** On request. We stock Port & Company first. See the reorders guide. **What is the 2XL upcharge?** Suppliers charge $1 to $7 more per piece for 2XL and up depending on style. It shows as a separate line on the quote.
